TREMONT CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION

ABOUT THE MASTER ASSOCIATION

The original articles of Covenants, Easements and Restrictions, assessments and Liens for Tremont Club Master were approved on July 20, 2007 and subsequently filed and recorded under instrument 200707240129351 on July 24, 2007.

Construction of Tremont Club began in 2007 with the final phase being completed in 2013.

The Master Homeowners Association is responsible for the maintenance of the Clubhouse, pool, and Tremont Club Drive.

As of December 4, 2013 Tremont Club is fully owned and operated by the governing board of the Master Homeowners Associations.
