THE ESTATES AT TREMONT CLUB

ABOUT THE ESTATES

The Estates at Tremont Club Condominium Association Declarations and Bylaws executed on July 20, 2007 and subsequently filed and recorded under instrument number 200707240129358 on Jul 24, 2007.

Construction of Tremont Club began in 2007 with the final phase being completed in 2013.

The Estates at Tremont Club is a age restricted condominium community that requires at least 80% each occupied Unit shall at all times have as a permanent Occupant at least one person who is 55 years of age or older.

As of December 4, 2013 Tremont Club is fully owned and operated by the governing board of the Master Homeowners Associations and the respective board of the Estates at Tremont Club.
